Consumer prices in November 2012, compared with November 2011, increased by 11.9% and by 12.6% in relation to December 2011.
Observed by main groups according to purpose of consumption in November 2012 in relation to the previous month, the greatest increase of prices was noted in the sectors of communications (2.9%), clothing and footwear (1.4%), furnishings, household equipment and routine household maintenance and restaurants and hotels (by 0.8% each), housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels (0.6%) and education (0.5%).
A decrease in prices was recorded in the sectors of transport (-1.1%) and food and non-alcoholic beverages (-0.7%).
Prices of other products and services mostly remained unchanged.
