Director of the Serbian government’s Office for Expert and Operational Affairs in Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Dejan Pavicevic said that the working groups of Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels last night during dialogue on the implementation of integrated management of the crossing points (IBM) reached an agreement on customs procedures.
Pavicevic told the Beta news agency explained that the reached agreement relates to the fact that the goods are not cleared on the administrative crossings, but on the customs terminals outside of the crossings.
He said that goods coming from Kosovo-Metohija will be cleared at the terminals in Nis or Vranje, while the goods crossing Rudnica or Jarinje will be cleared in southern Kosovska Mitrovica.
According to Pavicevic, customs officers of EULEX, Serbia and the Kosovo provisional institutions at the administrative crossings will only control the documents, but will not clear goods.
Pavicevic reiterated that there will be no marks of statehood.
