Following the wounding of Momir Pantic in the municipality of Istok who was shot at by a masked gunman, the Office for Kosovo-Metohija has demanded from the international mission in the province to find the perpetrators of this incident, but also of perpetrators of all other incidents so far committed against the Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija.
The Office said that it is necessary that the international community in the province sheds light on the crime, and also that all the previous murders and attempted murders of Serbs in the province be revealed.
Also, the Office has warned that unpunished violence is causing more violence, and this is just one piece of evidence why the Serbs could not return to his country.
We are asking the international community to fulfill its obligations and to establish the rule of law in Kosovo-Metohija.
Serbia is showing every that that it supports the negotiations for the peaceful resolution of the problems in Kosovo-Metohija, but as time goes it is becoming more and more lonely in terms of finding the solution, the statement added.
