Director of the Serbian government’s Office for Expert and Operational Affairs in Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Dejan Pavicevic said today that by exchanging letters with the European Commission, Serbia confirmed that it accepts the agreement on integrated management of administrative crossings towards Kosovo-Metohija (IBM).
Pavicevic told Tanjug news agency that in accordance with what previous negotiator Borislav Stefanovic agreed, he sent a letter to EU High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy Catherine Ashton in which he confirmed that the Serbian government accepts the technical protocol on integrated management of administrative crossings which the previous negotiator initialled on behalf of the Serbian government.
He added that the implementation will start straight away with the formation of working groups.
Through working groups we will try to change certain solutions for the better and make them less problematic and more acceptable for Serbia, Pavicevic concluded.
