Adressing the deputies representing four municipalities in northern Kosovo, Vulin said that Serbia will survive in this area in its full capacity.
He pointed out that Serbia will not regard Kosovo-Metohija differently from any other part of its territory.
The state will be here in full capacity and will provide normal life to you, said Vulin.
He also reiterated that all that the country signed last year will be respected and added that representatives of Serbs from Kosovo will be included in future teams for dialogue with Pristina.
For Belgrade, there are neither supervised nor unsupervised independence of Kosovo, he said and added that Serbia will not recognise anything that is contrary to the Serbian Constitution and UN Resolution 1244.
