Vulin then scheduled a meeting in Kosovska Mitrovica with representatives of Serbs from the north of the province.
Following a visit to Prizren, Vulin broke off his tour of the southern part of Kosovo-Metohija, which he began yesterday by visiting the villages of Osojane and Zac, the Pec Patriarchate, Gorazdevac and Strpce, and which was supposed to be continued by a meeting with citizens in the municipality of Gora.
Instead of heading to Gora, Vulin left Prizren for the north of Kosovo-Metohija where he is to meet with representatives of local Serbs in Kosovska Mitrovica.
On behalf of the Serbian government, Vulin harshly condemned the incident and asked the international community to take the necessary measures and bring the perpetrators to justice.
He stated in Prizren that Milica Djordjevic, the only Serbian child in this town and a first-grade pupil, is a symbol of the Serbian people in Kosovo-Metohija.
Milica is a symbol of one people and its decision not to leave their homes, not to diminish and disappear, Vulin told the press after visiting Milica in her school in Prizren.
Vulin observed that Milica will not be alone for as long as there is Serbia, and presented her with textbooks and notebooks for school.
While in Prizren, Vulin also visited the Orthodox Seminary where he was welcomed by Bishop of Raska and Prizren Teodosije with 24 students.
