Vulin said in a statement to the Tanjug news agency that EULEX should do that in order to regain the lost trust by the Serbian community.
According to Vulin, since the international community arrived in Kosovo, the families of murdered Serbs are waiting for justice.
The Director of the Office for Kosovo-Metohija said that it is completely incomprehensible that after nine years no suspect has been found and no one has been convicted for the crimes.
Vulin added that it is not possible to build a climate of confidence and move towards a sustainable and durable solution, while the perpetrators of crimes against Serbs still remain unpunished.
I ask the international community to take responsibility for everything that is happening in Kosovo-Metohija and to provide the same standard in safeguarding human rights for all who live there.
