Dinkic said at a meeting with representatives of the Association of Artisans that the Tax Administration will take over from the market inspection the control of unregistered companies and that those who are unregistered will be given a certain period of time to adjust and get registered.
The Minister announced that a financial support to entrepreneurs for maintaining solvency will be given by the end of August at the latest, and explained that this will be in the form of loans with an interest rate between 1% to 2% per year that will be approved by the Development Fund.
Some para-fiscal levies should be abolished by the end of September.
The local municipal fee for displaying the business name of the company and of advertisements should be abolished for artisans, Dinkic pointed out and called on artisans to give their own proposals on what other fees should be abolished.
He added that the Law on copyright will be amended in autumn and that the fee for playing music on the radio in public will be abolished.
Dinkic announced some more measures which, as he noted, will not immediately be applied due to the deficit in the budget, but rather as of the beginning of next year.
One of them is a non-refundable support for investments in the artisan sector by which the state would support the entrepreneurs who can finance on their own at least 50% of the total investment, while the rest would be provided by the state, he explained.
He announced that a sector for entrepreneurship will be formed at the Ministry of Finance and Economy which will be directed by Dragijana Radonjic-Petrovic, and that a law on artisanship will be adopted and artisan chambers set up.
