Belgrade partner of EULEX within framework of its mandate

Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Goran Bogdanovic said today in the talks with Head of EULEX Mission Xavier Bout de Marnhac that this mission will have a reliable partner in Belgrade as long as it sticks to its mandate and status neutrality.

Bogdanovic said during the meeting with de Marnhac that Serbia's interest is that EULEX mission is as successful as possible and helps maintain peace and stability in the province.
Belgrade, within its possibilities, is doing everything to enable this mission to move freely within the whole province so that it could exercise its mandate, the Minister underlined.
During the talks it was noted that in order to overcome and solve problems in the field and bring life back to normal, a more intensive mutual communication and cooperation is required.
