Average gross salary in December stands at 25,392 dinars

Serbia’s average monthly gross salary in December 2004 stood at 25,392 dinars, up 15.19 percent in nominal terms, and 13.82 percent in real terms against November, the Serbian Statistical Office said in a statement.
An average December net salary went up by 15.32 percent in nominal and 13.95 percent in real terms, to 17,346 dinars.
December’s take home salaries in industrial sectors averaged 23,285 dinars, up 13.2 percent in nominal terms, and 11.86 percent in real terms. The average net salary in industrial sectors was 15,918 dinars, up 13.36 percent in nominal terms, and 12.02 percent in real terms.
Average gross salaries in non-industrial sectors rose 18.79 percent and 17.38 percent in nominal and real terms respectively, to 30,274 dinars. Net salaries in non-industrial sectors grew 18.85 percent and 17.44 percent in nominal and real terms respectively, to 20,652 dinars.
