Belgrade, Pristina to resume dialogue on 21 November

Head of the Serbian government’s team for dialogue with interim institutions of self-government in Pristina Borislav Stefanovic said last night that dialogue of Belgrade and Pristina will be resumed on 21 November in Brussels.
Stefanovic told Tanjug news agency that the topics of the upcoming round of dialogue, in addition to the administrative crossings, will be presentation of Pristina in regional meetings and recognition of university diplomas.
On 17 November he will discuss these topics via video link with EU Mediator in negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina Robert Cooper.
Stefanovic spoke yesterday with Cooper, but the positions of Belgrade and Pristina regarding administrative crossings were not brought closer. He underlined that Belgrade will continue to insist that the crossings should be viewed as administrative lines which in no way can have elements of statehood.
We request a free passage for all people, Stefanovic stated and added that every solution must be in line with the Serbian Constitution, UN SC Resolution 1244 and the six points set by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
