As part of the ceremony, Jocic promoted 170 policemen, while 67 were awarded a gold medal featuring Serbia’s first police minister, Jakov Nenadovic.
The ceremony was attended by Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica, Parliament Speaker Predrag Markovic, Minister of Justice Zoran Stojkovic, Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Zoran Loncar, Head of the Ministry of Interior’s Public Security Department Miroslav Milosevic, Director of the Security and Intelligence Agency Rade Bulatovic, and Head of the Military-Medical Academy Zoran Stankovic.
