Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Goran Bogdanovic stated tonight that the decision of municipal presidents in the north of Kosovo to enable normal supply of the KFOR units is an important step toward resolution of crisis in the north of the province.
In a statement to Tanjug news agency Bogdanovic said that this decision shows the Serbs to be consistent in their stance to resolve the current crisis in the north of Kosovo through dialogue and in peaceful manner.
He also called for the Serbian representatives to continue the talks with the EULEX, and for the EULEX to make an effort and show understanding for certain standpoints of the Serbs in the north of Kosovo, as well as to remain within the limits of the status-neutral framework.
According to him the decision to enable normal supply of the KFOR units shows that the representatives of the Serbs in the north of Kosovo keep in mind their citizen’s interests.
