Head of the Serbian government’s team for dialogue with Pristina Borislav Stefanovic spoke today via video link with EU mediator Robert Cooper about solving the problem of administrative crossings Jarinje and Brnjak.
Stefanovic said in a statement to Tanjug news agency that during this conversation the positions of the two sides have been brought closer and that the resolution of this problem is moving in a positive direction.
He declared that it is possible to find a viable and realistic solution and added that this will open the possibility to resume dialogue with Pristina as soon as possible.
The head of the Serbian government’s team said that he told Cooper that it is necessary that KFOR and EULEX refrain from any violence and attempts to break the barricades and remain status-neutral.
