Head of the Serbian team for talks with Pristina Borislav Stefanovic stated that Serbia is committed to resolving problems in Kosovo-Metohija through dialogue and that finding solutions by reaching an agreement will remain its general strategy.
Answering MP’s questions in the Serbian Parliament, Stefanovic underlined that Belgrade has not broken off the talks with Pristina, but that they have been postponed and will soon be resumed.
He stressed that Belgrade will make the effort to find the best possible solution that will first and foremost meet the interests of Serbs in northern Kosovo.
The head of the government team announced that EU mediator in talks between Belgrade and Pristina Robert Cooper will visit Belgrade early next week.
