Stefanovic told the daily "Vecernje Novosti" that the meeting on 28 September should focus on three issues – telecommunications, electricity and regional forums.
We are in constant contact with the intermediary of the EU Robert Cooper trying to shape the format of talks on the administrative border crossings, but there is still no direct response from Brussels, he said.
Stefanovic recalled that representatives of Kosovo are already participating in 98% of regional forums and reiterated that Belgrade has no problem that Pristina’s voice is heard.
Many, however, use the chaos in the province, and they are not in favour of the province’s appearance at regional forums, he said.
Belgrade will require the adoption of an "asymmetric model" of representation, which means that Kosovo is not an independent state, he announced.
He said one possible solution is that the name of UNMIK-Kosovo is replace by "Kosovo – UN Security Council Resolution 1244".
