Stefanovic told Beta news agency that the situation in the north of Kosovo is stable and peaceful, adding that both parts of the agreement have been honoured, namely on the withdrawal of the KPS special unit and the removal of road blocks.
He said that further agreement is to be reached with KFOR commander Erhard Biler about establishing equal ethnic structure of employees at border crossings, adding that the crisis in the north of the province would thus be resolved.
Stefanovic and Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Goran Bogdanovic will meet with the KFOR commander in Zvecan today.
