Bids opened for drinks firm Rubin

The Serbian Privatisation Agency said today that the tender commission for Krusevac-based drinks producer Rubin opened bids for 70 percent of socially-owned capital at a meeting on December 30, 2004.
The bidders are winery Vinarija Coka from Subotica, Kula-based Rodic MB, Zemun-based Invej, and Slovenian firm Istrabenz, reads the statement, adding that other companies that had purchased the tender documents did not submit bids in time.
The statement went on to say that the Privatisation Agency’s legal advisers will consider the bids within 30 days’ time. After that, the agency will rank the bidders.
