The Serbian Privatisation Agency has said that representatives of the agency and Austrian company ATB Antriebstechnik AG signed an agreement on the sale of 70% of socially-owned capital of Subotica-based Sever Holding Internacional on December 31, 2004.
The purchase price was €4.1 million, with a five-year investment plan worth €16.1 million and the acceptance of all the requirements from a social programme as well as additional obligations from the social programme, reads the statement.
The agency invited bids for the Subotica-based company on December 31, 2003, and the Austrian form was the sole bidder. Negotiations were successfully completed on December 29, 2004, according to the statement.
