That is a precondition that people with legal certainty determine what their property is, and today the Kosovo cadastre is full of very problematic data, the head of the Serbian negotiating team pointed out.
He explained that this, together with the freedom of movement, is a precondition for Serbs to return to Kosovo-Metohija and recalled that in last 12 years, only 7.7% of property disputes in Kosovo were resolved and 72 evictions carried out.
If continued with this pace, it would take 500 years to give back to Serbs all the property that has been usurped from them, he noted.
