Serbian government advocates compromise solution for Kosovo-Metohija

Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Goran Bogdanovic said today that the Serbian government is ready for compromise in order to resolve the Kosovo problem, but added that there are red lines that cannot be crossed.

Bogdanovic told the Tanjug news agency that the Serbian Constitution and resolutions on Kosovo, adopted by the Serbian Parliament, represent the red line.
He said that the official Belgrade is ready to discuss all issues.
The Minister said that Serbia has a clear policy and strategy for the province, which is not at the expense of Kosovo Albanians.
The aim of this policy is to return to Serbs what they once used to have in Kosovo-Metohija – the freedom of movement, legal protection, the right to property and the right to return.
He said that the official Belgrade is ready to discuss all issues.
