Bogdanovic pointed to the devastating fact that the international presence has not helped investigate any of the criminal cases against the Serbs, and recalled that those responsible for the bus bombing in Livadice, those who killed children in Gorazdevac, the killers of reapers in Staro Gracko, and other criminals are still at large.
The Minister pointed out that the report of Special Rapporteur of the Council of Europe Dick Marty on the inhuman treatment of human beings and illegal trade in human organs in Kosovo shows that Kosovo is a creation built on violence and crime.
Ethnocracy of the Albanian majority is ruling over Kosovo, while the Serbs are denied basic human rights, freedom, security, property rights and work, he said.
He pointed out that the Kosovo Serbs who returned to their homes in 2010 were also attacked, in a move to prevent massive return of Serbs to Kosovo-Metohija.
Constant pressure, especially on the Serbs south of Ibar, had only one goal – to create a mono-ethnic Kosovo, warned Bogdanovic, adding that the rights of Serbs and other non-Albanians are jeopardised so much that Kosovo, according to many international organisations dealing with human rights, represents a black hole of Europe.
Also, Bogdanovic warned that Kosovo has become a hotbed of organised crime.
Three years after the unilaterally declared independence by Kosovo, two-thirds of the world does not recognise that independence, he said, adding that out of 192 members of the UN, 117 respect the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia.
