Talks between Belgrade, Pristina in March

State Secretary for Kosovo-Metohija Oliver Ivanovic stated today that talks between Belgrade and Pristina can be expected to begin in March, when the first meeting between the two delegations will be held.
Ivanovic told the Tanjug news agency that Serbia has already come up with solutions for this meeting, adding that it will not be burdened by difficult topics.
He noted that Belgrade and Pristina should first discuss the issue of missing and kidnapped persons, and they must agree which topics they will debate in the future.
The Serbian side is conducting preparations on a daily basis and the platform for talks has been established, the State Secretary announced, reiterating that Serbia is absolutely ready to discuss even the topics it did not propose.
We do not know which topics will be put forward by Pristina, but we can presume that, Ivanovic noted, adding that the outcome of the talks will greatly depend on the level of constructivism of the other party.
