Ivanovic told Radio-Television Serbia (RTS) that those reports are related and should encourage EULEX to take further action.
The task of the rapporteurs is to point out the problem, while the prosecutor should initiate an investigation, he noted, and expressed doubt that no trial will take place any time soon in relation to these issues.
There were several individual indictments for crimes against Serbs, but those accused were freed from accusations, he recalled adding that the absence of a protected witness is very problematic.
The message sent to the EU and Brussels, and then the message sent to EULEX, is clear, he said.
EULEX has been limited to acting in all cases, said Ivanovic and expressed the hope that the EU mission will be encouraged to continue to address not only those cases that are related to human organs, but also crimes in Staro Gracko, Podujevo, the killing of children in Gorazdevac, which is a prerequisite for reconciliation to take place.
He reiterated that Belgrade is ready for dialogue and will negotiate with any representative chosen by the Albanian people.
For Belgrade, it is important that dialogue starts as soon as possible, Ivanovic said and recalled that the resolution of outstanding issues through a intermediary did not give results, which is why the dialogue between the two sides is necessary.
