Deadline for purchasing Telekom tender documentation expires tomorrow

The Ministry of Finance stated that four companies have so far purchased the tender documentation for the sale of 51% of shares of Telekom Srbija.
These are Deutsche Telekom, France Telekom, Telekom Austria and América Móvil, while Weather Investments, Turkcell and Vimpelcom are in the process of purchasing the documentation.
The deadline for purchasing the tender documentation expires tomorrow at 16.00.
State Secretary of Finance Vuk Djokovic underlined that companies that have purchased the documentation can submit their offers by February 21.
If there are more offers, an auction will be organised at the end of February in front of television cameras, and the buyer of a Telekom majority share package will be the highest bidder.
In case only one offer is submitted, Telekom Srbija will be sold at the offered price, Djokovic explained.
