Opening a training course for municipal energy management, Naumov said that Serbia must improve its energy efficiency in order to reach European standards.
The course, expected to help local municipalities save up to 15 percent of their energy usage, has been organised by the Serbian Agency for Energy Efficiency, with funding secured through the European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR).
The Berlin Energy Agency will be in charge of 51 course takers.
