The Ministry of Economy and Regional Development said that the company Sanch applied and received a grant in the amount of €600,000 for the creation of 300 new jobs.
The investment worth about €2.1 million includes the construction of a new shoe factory and warehouse space spanning an area of 4,000 square metres in the industrial area of Vranje.
Dinkic stressed that only by building new factories can the crisis be beaten, noting that Sanch is one of the leading footwear manufacturers in Serbia.
He pointed out that 60% of its production is exported and confirmed that the company is readying itself for the Russian market.
Mita Ltd received a grant in the amount of €204,000, which will allow the employment of 51 workers.
Dinkic will today also pay a visit to companies Simpo and Miteks, the statement added.
