Parivodic heads Serbia-Montenegrin delegation at CEI summit in Portoroz

Serbian Minister of International Economic Relations Milan Parivodic said today at the Central European Initiative (CEI) summit meeting of ministers of economy in Portoroz that Serbia-Montenegro is a factor of stability in the region.

Parivodic pointed out that Serbia-Montenegro is a peaceful country on the road of democratisation, economic development and legal system consolidation. Ministers of economy exchanged experiences of economic policies aimed at boosting economic growth.

Parivodic will head the Serbia-Montenegrin delegation at a meeting of prime ministers tomorrow. Participants of tomorrow’s meeting will discuss CEI’s role in an enlarged Europe and new forms of cooperation.

The Serbia-Montenegrin delegation also includes Montenegrin Minister of Economy Darko Uskokovic and Serbia-Montenegrin Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Ljubisa Petrovic.
