Government adopts several bills

The Serbian government adopted today a bill on protection of participants in criminal proceedings and submitted it to the parliament for consideration.
As part of today’s session, the government also adopted a bill on mediation, bill on changes and amendments to the Law on the jurisdiction of state bodies in proceedings against war criminals.
The government decided to allow for exports of D2 diesel, heating oil, and unleaded gasoline type BMB-95.
The government also decided to set up a committee on Hilandar, to propose activities and measures to protect and preserve its historic, cultural, and religious tradition and to oversee the reconstruction of the monastery.
The government also approved funds from the budget for financing the candidacy of Serbia-Montenegro for organising the 2009 University Games, the programme of the National Theatre in Belgrade, and the rebuilding and development of the Kolubara district hit by an earthquake.
