Parivodic opens conference on risk management, prevention and insurance in energy

Serbian Minister of International Economic Relations Milan Parivodic opened today a two-day conference “Risk Management, Prevention and Insurance in the Energy Sector” in the Belgrade Sava Centre.

The aim of this event is to create a base for cooperation and exchange of experiences among eminent domestic and foreign experts of preventive engineering with the final idea of reducing the damage in industry complexes by investing in preventive measures.
Parivodic said in his introductory speech that this conference will address important issues such as protection of people and material goods, which in the end affects the general management and economy of every country. Also, he said that investment funds will be created though an insurance system in a healthy economic environment and will serve as important investor in the economy sector.
The conference is being attended by scientists, researchers and representatives of scientific institutions not only from Serbia-Montenegro, but also from neighbouring countries, Western Europe, and the United States.
The conference is organised by Dunav Preving company under the patronage of Dunav Osiguranje.
