Serbian Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic and Minister of Finance Diana Dragutinovic met today with a delegation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) headed by Albert Jaeger to discuss the implementation of credit stand-by arrangements that our country has with the financial institution.
The meeting analysed the current economic situation and macroeconomic indicators for the previous quarter.
An agreement was reached to consider an increase of salaries and pensions from the standpoint of economic trends by the end of the year.
During the next two weeks, Serbian authorities and the IMF mission will discuss further implementation of agreed measures.
