New job incentives for Kosovo-Metohija

Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Goran Bogdanovic delivered decisions on incentives of RSD 110 million for creating 170 jobs in Kosovska Mitrovica today.
Bogdanovic specified that these jobs are to be created in 44 companies in the province, explaining that the purpose of the loan is to develop Serbian communities and encourage youth employment.
The Minister recalled that Serbs in the province live in difficult conditions, underlining that each new job means survival to them since it will help them make ends meet.
He affirmed that together with other relevant ministries, his Ministry will make efforts to encourage further economic development of Serbian communities in the province and in this way enable the survival of those living there and encourage a mass return of the exiled.
Bogdanovic stressed that the funds will be distributed in line with the criteria outlined in great detail, adding that their usage will be carefully monitored.
These incentives are the best proof of Serbia’s determination to defend its sovereignty and preserve the province within its borders, the Minister concluded.
