Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Miroljub Labus will attend the 6th Economic Forum of Southeastern Europe in Sofia on November 2 and 3. The forum, focusing on cooperation between private and public sectors and the importance of safety for regional economy, will include discussions on energy, transport, banks, capital markets and investment.

On November 2, Labus will meet with several officials, including Bulgarian Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Lydia Shuleva, Minister of Finance Milen Velchev and Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Valentin Cerovski.
The Deputy Prime Minister is scheduled to attend several sessions, as part of the forum on November 2, to speak about cooperation between private and public sectors in Serbia, as well as on the economic potential of Southeast European countries in 2005.
A number of officials, including Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic and Bosnia-Herzegovina Minister of Foreign Affairs Mladen Ivanic, will attend the sessions.
The forum is expected to bring together over 1,000 experts, analysts and political leaders from Southeast Europe, as well as officials from the World Bank, the EBRD and the OECD.
Serbian Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) Director Vesna Matic will attend the forum alongside Labus.
