Agreement on setting up South Stream Serbia Company signed

Director of the public gas company Srbijagas Dusan Bajatovic and general director of Gazprom’s South Stream project Pavel Oderov today signed the agreement on setting up the South Stream Serbia Company.
Bajatovic told the Tanjug news agency that the newly-founded company will first draft a feasibility study and then construct the South Stream gas pipe line through Serbia, adding that Srbijagas owns 49% of the new company while Gazprom’s share is 51%.
