Speaking at a conference of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), held on the occasion of the World Day for Overcoming Extreme Poverty, Lalovic said that the other segment of the poverty reduction strategy is the reform of the pension system, the preparation of a law on voluntary pension insurance, and the special care for farmers' pensions.
Lalovic said that special attention will be paid to projects that will be realised through the Fund for Social Innovations. On its first competition in 2003, the Fund approved 88 projects, totalling 124 million dinars.
Minister Lalovic said that the international financial aid is of special importance for the construction of apartments for refugees, veterans, disabled persons and families of the killed.
