Galenika tender most likely in September

State Secretary for Economy and Regional Development Nebojsa Ciric today stated that the tender for the sale of Galenika, a drug production company, will most likely be announced in September, provided all pre-privatisation matters are concluded by then.
The documents prepared by the privatisation advisor are to be examined at the Privatisation Agency and the Ministry of Economy. Afterwards the government must give its consent to the privatisation strategy and set the lowest acceptable price for Galenika, Ciric explained.
He stressed that Galenika will not be sold for an unacceptable price, recalling that this is one of the best Serbian companies.
Ciric added that once the government adopts the privatisation strategy, the minimal price for Galenika will be announced.
