Conditions for return of IDPs to Kosovo to be provided

Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Goran Bogdanovic presented today to Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) Political Affairs Committee Rapporteur Björn von Sydow the numerous problems that Serbs and other non-Albanians in Kosovo are facing.
Bogdanovic also presented the very complex circumstances and living conditions of the Serbs and other non-Albanians in the province and pointed to the importance of returning internally displaced persons (IDPs) to Kosovo.
The Minister said that the lack of safety is the main obstacle to their return and added that preventing Serbian officials from entering Kosovo is a very negative signal and discouraging for the returnees.
