Following a meeting with Leposavic authorities Bogdanovic said it is unacceptable that EULEX makes unilateral decisions and called upon all Kosovo Serbs to act with calm and dignity while protesting against such a decision.
He recalled that the Serbian government is strongly determined to resolve all problems through dialogue.
Dialogue between Belgrade, EULEX and local authorities is necessary because that is in line with UN Security Council Resolution 1244, the Minister stated.
Bogdanovic today attended the opening of an annex in the Leposavic primary school which today marks its 90th anniversary.
He announces that next week the Ministry will initiate the campaign for equipping school premises in the southern province.
The Minister for Kosovo-Metohija said that 67 primary and 35 secondary Serbian schools work in the province, adding that around 20,000 students attend classes there.
The annex of the Leposavic primary school spans 1,100 square metres, it is worth RSD 37.5 million and the funds were provided by the Ministry for Kosovo-Metohija.
