A-Tec Industries submits documentation within deadline

The Serbian Ministry of Economy and Regional Development stated today that the only candidate for a strategic partner to the mining and metallurgical complex RTB Bor Group, A-Tec Industries, has submitted required documentation to the Privatisation Agency within the envisaged deadline.
According to the statement the offer will be opened on May 18, at 10 am, at the premises of the Ministry of Economy, at the session of the committee in charge of carrying out the procedure for choosing a strategic partner for RTB Bor.
On the same day, after the session, representatives of the Ministry and the Privatisation Agency will hold a meeting with the representatives of RTB Bor executives and trade unions to discuss the modernization strategy for the company.
