In an interview with the Fonet news agency, Bogdanovic recalled that in 2002 the Serbian authorities initiated talks with the European Council on Kosovo decentralisation, as it would help provide security and better living conditions for Serbs in the province.
Unfortunately the process has not been completed, said the Minister, adding that Serbs have not managed to obtain authority in the municipalities of Plemetine, Priluzje and Babin Most, although they make up the majority of the population.
Serbia should continue negotiations concerning the decentralisation process in Kosovo with the European Council, concluded Bogdanovic.
