The Serbian government today adopted the anti-discrimination bill, which will be sent to parliament under emergency procedure, as well as the anti-monopoly bill, bill on wine and the bill on affirming financial agreements between Serbia and the European Investment Bank.
At today’s session it also adopted the strategy for ensuring sufficient amounts of safe blood, which is a precondition for the more efficient functioning of the Serbian health system.
It also passed several decrees regarding the health sector, namely the decree on the national programme Serbia against Cancer and national programme for preventing colorectal carcinoma, as well as amendments to the decree on determining the prices of medicines.
The government adopted a decree on specifying the activities for which there is no need to use a fiscal cash register.
The government also adopted decrees on the provision of loans for agricultural producers in 2009 and incentive measures for rural development and advisory activities.
At today’s session it was agreed that an office of the EU High Commissioner for Common Foreign and Security Policy’s Envoy is set up in Belgrade.
