Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Miroljub Labus, who met with workers of mineral water producer Knjaz Milos in Arandjelovac late today, said that the company will not recapitalise.
Following a meeting with Knjaz Milos small shareholders, Labus said that the parliament's privatisation committee will meet on Monday to establish the exact size of the stake sold to FPP Balkan Limited and name all brokers involved in the sale.
The Securities Commission has been ordered to stop the registration of shares sold to FPP Balkan Limited, said Labus, who noted that the state will use legal means against all parties responsible for irregularities in the procedure.
The Deputy Prime Minister stressed that a 72 percent stake in Knjaz Milos will be sold to the bidder which offers the best social welfare and investment programmes in a tender published in Belgrade daily Politika earlier today.
