Bids for consultancy for Galenika opened

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that technical bids from bidders qualified for providing consultancy services regarding the privatisation of the pharmaceutical company Galenika were opened yesterday.
The statement adds that the Public Procurement Commission stated that proper bids were submitted by the following bidders:
1. A join offer of BNP Paribas, France, BDO BC Excel, Belgrade, BDO BC Excel TAS, Belgrade and Karanovic and Nikolic Attorneys Office, Belgrade, together with manufacturers Radomir Putnik, Belgrade, and Dorin Toderas, Romania;
2. Societe Generale SA, France, with manufacturers – lawyers Bojovic, Dasic, Kojovic, Belgrade and Aleksandar Vojvodic;
3. A joint offer of Rothschild & Cie, France, Citadel Financial Advisory, Belgrade, Dekonta, Belgrade, Drazic, Beatovic and Partners, CoMeth, Slovakia with manufacturer Centre for Intellectual Property and Marketing, Belgrade.
Once the Commission analyses the technical offers, the bidders will be invited to a public opening of the financial offers.
