Regulation on consumers’ rights enters final phase

Serbian Minister of Trade, Tourism and Services Bojan Dimitrijevic said that the draft law protecting the rights of consumers has entered the final phase, and that it should enter the parliamentary procedure in ten days.

Addressing a round table on protection of consumers’ rights, Dimitrijevic said that this legislation was drafted according to recommendations of representatives of consumers as well as in accordance with EU regulations. The Minister voiced hope that this law will be adopted by the end of the year.
