Stari Tamis sales contract signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency has stated that representatives of the Share Fund and Privatisation Agency signed a sales contract for agricultural producer Stari Tamis from Pancevo with the second ranked bidder.
The buyer agreed to a sale price of €11.2 million, or €62 per share, an investment programme worth €900,000 and minimum obligations towards the social programme.
As the first ranked bidder, PIK Becej Poljoprivreda and Irva Investicije, backed down from the negotiations, the contract was signed with second ranked Almeks from Pancevo.
