The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission monitoring the tender sale of the capital of Trstenik based hydraulics and pneumatics plant Prva Petoletka has ranked the submitted bids.
The statement adds that two bids were submitted within the deadline, namely by a consortium comprising Lvivsky Avtobusni Zavody Ltd from Ukraine and City Transport Construction Ltd from the UK and a consortium consisting of Bummas and TG Rosmastorg from Russia.
Both bids fulfil the required conditions of the tender and the bidders’ manual.
The consortium Lvivsky Avtobusni Zavody Ltd and City Transport Construction Ltd offered the purchase price of €2.5 million and an investment programme worth €60 million. It also unconditionally accepted the minimum obligations from the welfare programme.
The consortium Bummas and TG Rosmastorg offered a price of €5 million and an investment programme worth €30 million. It also accepted the minimum obligations from the social welfare programme and offered some additional ones.
The tender commission approved the Privatisation Agency’s decision according to which the first ranked bidder is the Russian consortium while the Ukrainian-British consortium is the second ranked bidder.
The tender commission decided to engage in negotiations with the first ranked bidder.
