Sole bidder for Lasta submits incomplete offer

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that at yesterday’s session of the tender committee monitoring the public sale of a block of shares which make up 64.4% of the Lasta transport company’s total capital, declared the sole bidder’s offer incomplete.
The statement specifies that the sole bidder, a consortium comprising Mayer’s Cars and Trucks Company Ltd and Horn and Leibovitz Ltd, submitted an incomplete offer, which therefore cannot be taken into consideration.
After the offer was opened, it was ascertained that it does not contain all the necessary certificates, acts, data, appendices and other documents needed to determine the bidder’s identity, or the data required by the bidders’ manual.
