Bids for Prva Petoletka opened

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that three bidders bought the tender documentation for Prva Petoletka from Trstenik.
The three potential investors are Lvivsky Avtobusni Zavody Ltd. from the Ukraine, EDS Holding from Russia and Bummas from Russia.
Two potential investors actually submitted bids before the deadline of October 27, namely those of a consortium made up of Lvivsky Avtobusni Zavody Ltd and City Transport Construction Investments and the other by OAO Bummas and OOO TG Rosmastorg.
The tender commision concluded that both bidders meet tender criteria.
The Privatisation Agency and privatisation advisor will examine the bids within 30 days and will present the results at the next session of the tender commission.
