Director of Delta Legal arrested for tax evasion

The police, in cooperation with members of the Finance Ministry’s tax police, arrested director and founder of the company Delta Legal from Belgrade, Aleksandar Lukic, for tax evasion.
Suspected: Aleksandar Lukic
According to a statement issued by the Finance Ministry, Lukic built several residential buildings in Filmski Grad during the period from May 11, 2004 to April 18, 2008. The flats were sold by Lukic for a total of €2 million, however he did not report the proceeds of the sale and avoided paying RSD 64,000.000 in taxes.
The police are continuing with their investigation into the circumstances concerning the sale of the flats, constructed by Delta Legal in Belgrade.
