The Ministry of Justice submitted to the Council of Europe Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) the Report of the Republic of Serbia containing additional information regarding the implementation of the remaining recommendations within the Fifth Evaluation Round, which relate to the prevention of corruption and the promotion of integrity in central government and law enforcement bodies.

Further measures to implement GRECO recommendations

All relevant institutions – the Presidency of the Republic of Serbia, the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of the Interior and the Anti-Corruption Agency, are ready to take further measures to implement GRECO recommendations.
In the coming period, and in particular until the 103rd plenary session of GRECO, which will be held in June this year in Strasbourg, activities will be intensified to ensure full compliance with the recommendations.
The Second Report on Compliance of the Republic of Serbia with the Recommendations will also be considered at that session.
